Poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I came 7:30 and only 4 people are on queue. But i waited 2hours and still nothing. They accommodated all the people after me. When i asked the receptionist, she cant even answer me, they are being racist since we dont have the same nationality. When i spoke to the doctor she said the receptionist registered my name @ 9:15PM. I kept telling her i came around 7:30pm but she still dont want to believe me and accomodated the person who came at 8pm since THEY are claiming that that person came first. Im in pain but the receptionist, nurses and even doctors dont care. I wish i could give negative points.

Amazing Support by Customer Care

Amazing support from Gwen; stayed approx 30min following up on the PCR result. Appreciate the effort done prior. Instead of keeping me on the line ; she stood up to her word and called back after checking with the laboratory. I recommend doing PCR tests there as the staff are helpful and supportive.

My life got ruined

I had undergone two unsuccessful surgeries at this hospital. One on 04 June and the second one on 25 June. First one was 50% failure, second corrective surgery was 200% failure.
