No care, its just about the money they make
I had 3 surgeries and still ended up going to Kings College Hospital for corrective surgery. I caught MRSA superbug from 3rd operation Hospital did not put any protocols or quarantine in place or even carry out investigation as to how i caught the bug Three more ops to get rid of the bug They can not even say sorry or give me an answer or even speak to me about 3 official complaints made to the Chief Medical Officer, Quality Department, guest relations and even the legal department. The owner only likes to be seen in VIP circles and from members of his staff have told me he has no idea what goes on in his hospitals…its just a money machine and no patient care. My insurance company is also fighting them and had 50 % reduction in fee for third spinal operation and the three ops for MRSA all fees refunded so they have admitted guilt..cant say sorry to the patient so now i am in a legal fight for compensation, they are the worse business i have ever seen in over 100 countries around the world I have visited…do not use this Company, you will regret it…Kings College Hospital Dubai are 100 times better and they care about you
