The whole experience was so easy to organise. I booked my flight and Guneet my reservation expert did the rest. From the pick up at the airport through to the drop off at my chosen hotel, I did not have to worry. We agreed on a surgeon and although I could have met more and chosen once in Turkey, my choice from the list supplied was spot on. He filled me with confidence from the first appointment through to removing staples. In my humble opinion he is a top surgeon and I am planning to return for my second knee replacement surgery in the autumn using the same hospital with Professor Balci doing the operation. If that does not inform anyone reading this of the confidence gained then I am willing to answer any question you might have.
