My brother admitted in hospital emergency on 24th sept and shifted to ICU later for pneumonia Is in ward ready to be discharged tomorrow after over a week I being a medical doctor far away in Australia was kept in loop daily with personal calls from Treating Drs Dr Vohra and Dr Raju and also the director of the hospital Dr Sunil Saggar Very professional management of the case carried out with dedication and empathy Cant praise enough the personalised humane care we received from Doctors and nursing and support staff including reception and every small concern was dealt with promptness Its so important as in sickness patient and relatives are not thinking logically They have stress anxiety and dilemmas plus financial hardship Love care and good communication from staff and doctors goes a long way Big thank u on behalf of patient Vimal Nayyar Dr Urvashi Obliged sister from Australia
