ACDF Procedure by Sandeep Vaishya
I came from Nigeria to see Dr Sanderp Vaishya who is advertised on the internet as a foremost neurosurgeon in India. He reviewed my images and told me I needed ACDF procedure. I was deceived by his guile and I consented. After the procedure, he told me the operation was a success and I can return to my country in less than one week which I did. It was after my return that I observed my symptoms had worsened. I contacted Sandeep Vaishya by WhatsApp and he started giving me all sorts of excuses. Eventually he evaded all further contact with me. I then reported the matter to Dr Rana Patir, including the fact that one of the pedicle screws of the implant in my neck had broken and supplied a CT scan showing the broken *****. He told me that nothing further can be done on my case and I have to live the rest of my life with a broken scree in my neck! I am now in severe agony and pain! This is most unethical and dangerous way to treat a patient and the world must know of my experience at Fortis Gurgaon in India. I shall see every available remedy to ensure that the hospital and Dr Sandeep Vaishya are held to account.

Great modern hospital
I am very grateful to all the hospital staff and, of course, Dr. Subhash Jangid in particular for having treated my mom in the most professional way. The computer navigation and robotic equipment employed by Dr. SUBHASH proved to be very effective in enabling less intrusion, more precision, and shorter recovery time for my mom as she received bilateral knee replacement surgery during her stay in this hospital. The nursing staff and physio rehab specialist were of great help as well, and contributed to the excellent overall experience. I highly recomend this doctor and hospital to anyone thinking of orthopedic surgeries.

Very good hospital
Very good doctor and very good hospital. The staff i met were very helpful and kind. Specially after the surgery they take good care. The ICU team and officer of charge are very helpful caring and professional. The hospital offer good facilities for refreshment and to have rest. I like to say a big thanks to Ms Guneet Bhatia from Medigence Inc. She was at our caring from the beggining to the end. She very helpful and always at your sidw for support. Thanks to the fortis memorial research hospital, thanks to the medical team, thanks to medigence, thanks to Ms Guneet and one and only Dr Narendra Agarwal
