Poor communication and lack of surgeon consultation
Extremely disappointing experience with communication and expectations. As an international patient, I was initially told I would receive before/after photos and a virtual consultation. Based on that, I planned and scheduled international travel. When I followed up, both were declined, and I was told to only proceed with an in-person visit or “look for another surgeon.” I was not asking for guarantees—only basic clarity before traveling. The inconsistency between what was initially communicated and what was later refused is the core issue. If you need clear, reliable communication before making medical decisions, proceed with caution.
