Rude and arrogant Behaviour

Yesterday I faced a very disappointing experience with Dr. Jyoti Sehgal (Medanta Hospital) during her OPD at City Nursing Home, Bhiwadi. ???? I booked an appointment after confirming from reception that she would be available between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. ???? I reached at 3:30 PM, well within time, and showed proof of booking/payment. ???? Shockingly, Dr. Sehgal refused to see the patient, stating I was “late.” ???? Even after repeated requests from me and the hospital staff, she behaved rudely and arrogantly, even misbehaving with the staff. This behaviour was humiliating, unprofessional, and unethical, especially from a senior doctor of such a reputed hospital. Patients deserve respect, dignity, and fair treatment — not denial of service within official timings. I request @medanta_medcity and hospital management to look into this matter seriously and ensure such incidents are not repeated.
