Mr. Biplab Das, how you feeling after you misdiagnosed a 22 years old guy who died at ICU after 2-3 weeks, are you able to sleep at night? Family has so many questions, why did you perform CVT when you could have resolved clots by some medicines? Why did you move patient to normal ward next day and didnt monitor him for infections in lungs, oxygen n BP? Why did you start ATT whereas report doesn't talk about TB diagnosis? Why you sent blood culture after 4-5 days of surgery when patient condition detoriated? Why your hospital staff gave bunch of infection including acinetobactor? Why didnt they maintain hygiene? Why you performed tests only when condition deteriorated and not proactively to start timely treatments ? This shows you are incompetent and going to cause so many lives. Please stop practicing now.
