Hole in heart.........
Dr Neeraj is not very transparent. I will never recommend him. He is more interested in reaching his targets rather then having interest in the patient. He is not very experienced in his field, he is more of a chancer.

VSD device closure.
Dr Neeraj Awasthy is a danger to human life. He never follows protocols or guidelines. He tried to close a large VSD with a device and put my child under cardiac arrest and brain damaged my child. All other Drs are saying that my child was too small for a device closure. After putting my child under cardiac arrest he mentioned that he should have not done a device closure imagine how it will make u feel hearing this. There after they did open heart surgery and made my childs right ventrical small and produced incorrect echo reports we found this out from another Dr. Dr Neeraj when we mentioned to them about my child's right ventrical they denied it. I will never recommend Dr Neeraj Awasthy Max Saket Delhi to anyone.

Medical Negligence -
Dr. Neeraj Awasthy, Paediatric cardiologist, Max Saket, is the most dishonest doctor, I came across. He even went as far as to editing the documents which were already signed. Unfortunately, he did VSD device closure for my 6-month-old baby which I came to know after the procedure that it was legally not supposed to be done for a 6-month-old child. Dr. Neeraj never explained to me the risk factors but now he is claiming that device closure was high risk yet when I asked him for open-heart surgery. He said that my baby is a candidate for device closure. Little did I know, that he was experimenting on my baby to enhance his portfolio. Today, my baby is paralyzed and maybe brain-damaged. because Dr. Awasthy burst one of the chambers of his heart and put him under cardiac arrest. Let's hope Max will charge Dr. Awasthy for medical negligence. I plead to every parent for love of your child, never go to this doctor because today I sit with tears in my eyes looking at my baby.
