Failed Bypass surgery leading to Death

Completely messed up surgery of a person who did not come to hospital after an attack. but a mere complain of chest pain.. He assured us surgery will increase the longevity of the patient.. but now.. he is no more and that too within 5 days in ICU at hospital itself... Extremely disappointing
